Objectives of the BEE Keepers Series

  1. Empower Frontline Caregivers and Teachers:

    Introduce concepts that promote positive care concepts and skills that can effectively foster empathy and facilitate relationship management.

  2. Putting Theories into Practice:

    Organise structured courses with structured training, onsite practical sessions and debriefing sessions.

  3. Encourage Open Discussion and a Supportive Environment:

    Encourage open discussions and sharing in debriefing sessions.

    Through on-site practical sessions, cultivate an environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged.

  4. Promote Positive Care Concepts:

    Introduce positive care concepts to frontline caregivers.

    Allow onsite caregivers to apply positive care concepts during practical sessions.

  5. Build Long-Term Support Networks:

    Establish ongoing support networks for children with SEN and their caregivers, ensuring sustainable development and continuous improvement in their social and emotional well-being.
