Organise structured courses with structured training, onsite practical sessions and debriefing sessions.
Encourage Open Discussion and a Supportive Environment:
Encourage open discussions and sharing in debriefing sessions.
Through on-site practical sessions, cultivate an environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged.
Promote Positive Care Concepts:
Introduce positive care concepts to frontline caregivers.
Allow onsite caregivers to apply positive care concepts during practical sessions.
Build Long-Term Support Networks:
